The Central Board of the Indonesian Equestrian Sports Association (PB Pordasi) confirmed that the implementation of the preliminary round of traditional class horse racing began on Sunday (8/9/2034).
In a letter dated September 3, 2024 and signed on behalf of the chairman of the Pordasi Commission Fauzan Haviz, that the additional subject of traditional horse racing, considering the number of additional participants in the traditional race class requires a preliminary round, will be held on Sunday (8/9/2024).
The location used is the HM Racecourse pound venue. Hasan Gayo, Blang Bebangka, Pegasing District, Central Aceh.
“Sunday, September 8, starting at 10.00 until finished,” he said.
Meanwhile, the head of Sports, Central Aceh youth and Sports Office Mahdi added that the final of the traditional horse race and Pon equestrian competition will still be held on September 11 and 12, 2024 according to the PON XXI Aceh-North Sumatra schedule at the same location.
“The elimination of Aceh’s local racehorses starts on Sunday, and the final will still be held on the 11th.d September 12, 2024, as scheduled for PON XXI Aceh-North Sumatra, where HM field. Hasan Gayo, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency, ” said Badi.
