Fergie came directly to watch the Spirit Dancer perform. His presence brought good luck, his racehorse managed to come out as the winner. This isn’t the first time Fergie has won a horse race. In November 2023, the horse trained by Richard Fahey and co-owned by Fergie, Ged Mason, and Peter Done, also earned 500 thousand pounds in Bahrain.
“We made that dream come true, 100 percent. His trainer Richard Fahey said he would have a chance but you can never be too confident in making it happen at a race like this. It was incredible, ” explained Fergie quoted from The Daily Star, Sunday (25/2/2024). “After the win in Bahrain and getting to this level and looking at the field, the performance from Oisin and his horse has been incredible. It’s really hard to believe. Richard has stated several times that his horse has not raced much, he has tried to improve it and I think you have seen proof of that today. Oisin told me that the condition of his horse continues to improve and is evidenced. I’m happy.”
