The Central Aceh Regency government disbursed coaching prize money to the winner of the traditional horse racing exhibition class as a test event at the XXI National Sports Week (PON) Aceh North Sumatra in 2024.
The coaching prize money is distributed to the winners of the first to fourth place which is received directly by the owner or jockey who participates in the test event of horse racing in 6 traditional classes.
Head of Department of Youth and Sports of Central Aceh Regency through the head of Sports Mahdi S. Pd, apologized to the winner of the traditional exhibition class test event for the delay in handing over the coaching prize money because there is an administrative mechanism that must be improved.
“I represent the Central Aceh youth and Sports Office apologize for the delay in giving the coaching money or prizes to the winners in the test event of the XXI Aceh North Sumatra 2024 Pon horse race 2024 racehorse Sports branch, once again apologize,” said Mahdi.
Meanwhile, Pj. Regional Secretary Of Central Aceh Regency, Erwin Pratama, S.STP, M.Si, said that the additional competition in the traditional class of horse racing sports is an exhibition or test event Class at PON XXI Aceh North Sumatra 2024 which has been agreed with the chairman of the Central Board of the Indonesian Equestrian Sports Association (Pordasi) and the regional Pordasi Board.
“We have agreed previously with the chairman of PP Pordasi and the regional management to add a traditional class for horse racing sports exhibitions, none other than to highlight local regional wisdom as a tradition that has been ingrained for a long time to be better known to the wider community at the PON event last month,” said Erwin Pratama, Thursday (3/10/2024).
Related to the delay in the distribution of coaching prize money, Pj. Regional secretary Erwin Pratama, explained that this activity was not previously planned, the delay in payment must be through the improvement of financial administration mechanisms.
“Alhamdulillah kamarin, we have paid the coaching prize money for the Champions of the horse racing exhibition class test event, the delay in payment is due to new activities planned and agreed upon after the previous implementation and the disbursement must go through the administrative mechanism of the budget shift,”he said.
